A VERY DIFFERENT KIND OF LEADERSHIP SESSION
Extraordinary leaders are those who deliver on a future that was not predictable — one that was considered impossible, given the circumstances.
Leadership Mastery: How To Effectively Lead® is a workshop that features a proprietary framework designed to leave you powerfully in action, being a leader as your natural self-expression.
This offering is a new kind of leadership session, one that deals with the essential nature of leadership. As part of the journey into self-discovery, you will identify the specific decisions, responses, attitudes and beliefs that have shaped the person that you have become. You will see distinct ways of being and acting that got you to where you are — in both successes and limitations. And, you will discover new ways of being and acting that allow you and your people to dwarf any results that you have accomplished before.
Legacy’s method and approach
The nature of leadership is situational and immediate. A leader never knows what way of being or behaving will be called for until a situation arises. While we have all developed certain leadership habits that we can count on to be successful in life, this leaves us with that limited set of ways of being and acting to call upon.
This session is about producing a transformation in yourself that leaves you with an unlimited set of ways of being and acting to call upon appropriate to the circumstance at hand.
The vast majority of leadership research and education seeks to describe what leaders do or to identify what characteristics leaders possess. This contributes to the science or understanding of leadership from a conceptual standpoint, but it doesn’t lead to a dramatic alteration in one’s leadership effectiveness. In this session together, you have direct access to effective leadership and likely an expanded perspective on what leadership means for you.
As a senior executive said upon completion, “The training I received in the program was paramount and the antithesis of my previous understanding of leadership. The pinnacle of leadership is for one to realize a future for themselves and others that wasn’t going to happen – Leadership really does begin with me and I am ecstatic for knowing that.”
Time commitment
The workshop is delivered online over eight 4-hour sessions once per week, for 8 consecutive weeks. Additionally, the workshop includes 3 post-session group coaching calls that are designed to deepen your newly found discoveries around effective leadership.

As one participant said:
“This was an exceptional leadership training experience. It erased the boundaries of how I define myself as a leader and as a person. The thought processes involved were challenging and wonderful. This was a priceless undertaking.”
Unlike a traditional leadership course, Leadership Mastery: How To Effectively Lead® is not conceptual learning or linear in the sense that you will know more about the topic upon completion of the workshop. Rather, it is a self-discovery journey into what masterful leadership looks like for you and your life.
